Three residential developments of 8990 Holdings, Inc. were picked winners in various categories during the prestigious PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards 2021.
Deca Homes Mulig was cited as the Best Affordable Housing Development in Metro Davao while Urban Deca Homes Hampton was selected as the Best Affordable Condominium Development in South Luzon. Urban Deca Homes Ortigas, meanwhile, was named the Best Affordable Condominium Development in Metro Manila.
The 9th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards 2021 was held virtually last Nov. 11, 2021 and formed part of a series highlighting the best developments in Asia.
Property developments were rated according to such criteria as design and amenities, location, value for money, use of space, construction, and materials, unique selling points, state of completion, and sales success.
Living communities
Atty. Anthony Vincent Sotto, President and CEO of 8990 Holdings, Inc., said it has always been the company’s mission to create developments that transform into breathing and living communities. Even if Deca Homes is an affordable housing brand, the company ensures that it would have high-value amenities.
The Urban Deca Homes Hampton in Imus, Cavite, which bagged the Best Affordable Condominium Development in South Luzon, focuses on simplicity, affordability, and professional finishes and targets budget conscious buyers. It has a total of 448 units that range from studio to 2-bedroom and features a clubhouse and swimming pool as well as a chapel.
Chief Operating Officer Alexander Ace S. Sotto said they continue to uphold the 8990 commitment to price, quality, and service in every development. With the care that the company put into the planning and building of its residential projects, he hoped that homeowners would enjoy how it feels to live in a community that is safe and secure.
Described as a catalyst for home ownership among local workers, the Urban Deca Homes Ortigas, honored with the Best Affordable Condominium Development in Metro Manila Award, features 19,000 units spread throughout 22 medium-rise towers. Chief Financial Officer Roan Torregoza said 8990’s Ortigas development is intended as a vibrant community where homeowners can pursue a lifestyle outside of the confines of their offices and improve their quality of life.
