The Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) in partnership with 8990 Holdings, Inc held the biggest developers’ convention virtually last October 28-29 and November 4-5.
The theme for this year’s National Developers Convention 2021 is “Beyond the Pandemic: The Future of Housing.” It was well participated by approximately 300 members from chapters in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

The participants contributed ideas towards the transformation of the housing industry through innovation and green initiatives and discussed benefits like lower costs in building housing projects.
