A fourth-class town of Iloilo Province received crucial aid for its COVID-19 vaccination program in the form of 1,000 doses of the Astrazeneca vaccine from 8990 Holdings, Inc.
Dolly Ferrer, 8990 Iloilo Branch Manager, led the turnover of the vaccines to the town of Leganes represented by Municipal Health Officer Zeny Dequilla.

Also present during the turnover ceremony at the Leganes Municipal Hall on Nov. 19, 2021 were Leah Gonzaludo and Jason Caldeo, the mayor’s executive assistants.
Dr. Dequilla thanked 8990 for its generosity, saying the vaccines that the company has donated would ensure protection against COVID-19 for 1,000 Leganesnons and help the town achieve its vaccination goal.



She presented a plaque of appreciation to Ferrer and other company representatives, which include Juliet Domingo, Assistant General Manager of Construction and Engineering; Jenina Rose Bonifacio, PREDOCS Department Manager;  Adriano Luriaga, PREDOCS Department Supervisor; Kenneth Vilches of MIS; and Ellen Jean De Guzman, Company Nurse.
