Leading property developer 8990 Holdings Inc. takes a step higher as it tops off the first building in its newest 22-tower condo residential development, Urban Deca Homes Ortigas.

The 13-hectare project, located in the heart of Pasig City, is part of 8990’s rapid expansion — its biggest project to date. It will be completed by 2024 with a total of 19,046 units.

Gracing the ceremony were 8990 Holdings chairman Mariano Martinez Jr., CEO Alexander Ace Sotto, investor relations officer Tracy Ilagan and Megawide Corp. deputy head of construction Frederick Tan.

Strategically located near the Metropolitan’s business districts such as Makati, Bonifacio Global City, and Ortigas, Urban Deca Homes Ortigas is an addition to other real estate developments of 8990 that include Deca Homes in Manila, Cavite, Cebu and Iloilo; Urban Deca Homes Manila in Tondo; Urban Deca Towers EDSA in Mandaluyong City; and Azalea Hotels and Resorts.
